Hilton Garden Inn Akron

We were greeted as we walked in by a nice gentleman Thomas who checked us in, explained everything and sent us on our way! The room was a large room & very clean. I did not feel the need to clean it before I touchedsatisfying. The bed was extremely comfy too and I like the noon checkout time!A very nice keurig in the room. Breakfast was very good too! Overall I found it to be very satisying.

The fact that Luigi's was right in front of the hotel was an added plus for sure. Front desk was very helpful. My son and I were displaced from another hotel but were quickly and easily rebooked at the Courtyard Marriot.

We were there for a concert at the Goodyear Theater. It was perfect because it was only a 4 minute walk across a few parking lots to get there. The hotel itself is very nice with a restaurant and bar. Breakfast is not free. Our only issue was how dry the room was…maybe no humidification? We both woke up with sinus headaches and dry throats.

The staff was extremely nice and professional. They made the stay great! The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable and the shower was very nice. Free bottles of water and fresh coffee was provided. The staff was also flexible with us checking out later than the check out time.

Breakfast service and our server were exceptional!! Don’t recall our server’s name but she was an absolute delight!!
